Danz Family Heating
2 years ago we bought a system from them. The air cleaner has never worked right and they can't figure it out. Their way of handling it is to ignore us. Everytime we call there we are told it's another person that's suppose to be handling it and they will have that person call us. Then nothing. Finally a week later we will call back. All this eventually leads to someone coming to look at it that says they don't know what it is and they will contact the factory. Then nothing. The whole sequence starts again. Today will be the 4th time someone has come to LOOK. I'm betting they won't know what to do either. This company is great at sales and the once a year maintainence but that's it. If you buy from them, pray it works ok.
