Renter Beware!
These are glorified shoeboxes! Everything is out of date, thrown together, and whats not thrown together is falling apart. They do NOT allow animals of any kind and if you are seen on the property with one its grounds for immediate eviction. The office staff likes to be in all your business and the owners dont give a rats ass about anyone but themselves. Oh yeah, dont even get me started about the health harzards! Just ask any first floor tenant about the mold issues... It made me so sick I had to move out!
