Horrible Customer Service June 2008
I rented a car from Budget and when I tried to extend the date to return the vehicle, it was a major ordeal. I tried to call 5 times, I was hung up on, 4 times and put on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up. I called the national number to make a complaint and was unable to contact anyone. I ended having to take a day off of work and waited in line 45 minutes just to extend my contract. I later found out 2 of my coworkers waited in line for 30-45 minutes also.
